By accessing or using our website https://www.supportoversilencetrainers.com (the “Site”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these carefully before using our Site. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site.
 
1. Acceptance of Terms
 
By accessing and using this Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

This Site is intended for use by certified Support Over Silence certified trainers and those who are authorized to access its resources. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
 
3. User Accounts
 
To access certain features of the Site, including downloading training materials, uploading content, and participating in forums, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
 
Account Status: Active vs. Inactive
 
Certified trainers are required to meet certain ongoing requirements to maintain their certification status. If a certified trainer fails to meet these requirements, their account may be designated as inactive. 
 
While inactive trainers will still be able to access the Site, they will not be able to access certain materials or resources designated for active trainers until their certification status is reinstated. We reserve the right to determine and adjust the privileges of inactive accounts, including limiting access to downloadable content, resources, and forums.

4. Use of Site Content
 
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, videos, training materials, and other resources, is the property of Support Over Silence, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal or professional purposes as part of your role as a certified trainer.
 
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Site’s content without our prior written consent.
- Use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- Disrupt or interfere with the security or functionality of the Site.
 
5. Content Uploaded by Users

Trainers whose accounts are marked inactive due to failure to meet certification requirements may have their access to certain resources restricted until the issue is resolved.

We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Site, its content, or its availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
 
11. Limitation of Liability
 
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Support Over Silence, LLC and its affiliates, employees, and agents will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
